Job Functions

- Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen, along with adherence to proper food safety procedures - Assist the Fresh Food Manager with proper task execution and completion while following effective safety practices - Work with and coach the team to prepare and package fresh kitchen items in a timely manner to maximize customer service expectations and results - Manage food inventory and ordering supplies to ensure stock is fresh and adequate - Coordinate with suppliers and manage waste reduction efforts - Assist in pricing, promotions, and ensure the deli meets profitability goals - Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds. Ability to work in various temperatures

You will assist in overseeing the preparation, presentation, and quality of fresh food items while maintaining safety and sanitation standards. Qualifications

- Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds. Ability to work in various temperatures - Additional duties could include cross training in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Team Member, facility maintenance, and leadership roles.

- Strong organizational and communication skills - Ability to follow safety protocols - Proficiency in food safety and handling - Basic computer skills for inventory management - Customer service orientation
