Fresh Cut Clerk I (Part-Time)

About the role

We are a Wisconsin grocer committed to serving communities and providing exceptional service and value. We operate +40 full-service supermarkets across Wisconsin. This role is part-time, working Thursday-Saturday or Friday-Saturday between 8-6 pm.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Freshness - Observe and manage stock levels, produce, stock, and replenish products as needed.
• Provide Exceptional Service - Engage with guests, resolve concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure Cleanliness - Organize and sanitize work areas, shelves, and sales floors.
• Maintain Quality & Food Safety - Monitor standards, maintain logs, and meet quantity expectations.
• Honor Commitments - Attend regularly, give notice for absences, and support the team.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication Skills - Effective engagement with guests and colleagues.
• Safety Awareness - Understanding of safety requirements and company policies.
• Equipment Proficiency - Ability to use various equipment.
