About the role

Festival Foods is a Wisconsin grocer dedicated to community service and guest satisfaction. We operate over 40 full-service supermarkets across Wisconsin. This role is open to part-time help from 6am-4pm.

Responsibilities

• Maintain freshness by observing and restocking products as needed.
• Provide exceptional service by assisting guests and resolving concerns.
• Ensure cleanliness of the department through regular organization and sanitization.
• Maintain quality and food safety standards, including accurate log keeping.
• Honor commitments by being punctual and reliable, and supporting the team.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills for engaging with guests and colleagues.
• Safety awareness and proficiency in using equipment like power jacks and walk-behind lifts.
• Physical stamina for standing and lifting up to 40 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a similar role preferred.

Skills

• Customer service orientation.
• Attention to detail for maintaining product quality and safety.
• Basic computer skills for managing inventory and customer data.
