Responsibilities
- Answer inbound chats, emails, and correspondence from customers
- Foster a premier level of service based on trust and respect
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries through instant messaging
- Identify and implement process improvement recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction
- Communicate with customers via mail as needed
- Make outbound phone calls to customers and dealerships occasionally
- Research and determine appropriate actions based on policies, procedures, and job aids
- Meet personal performance objectives related to customer satisfaction, efficiency, quality, attendance, and punctuality
- Take ownership of customer needs, demonstrate empathy, and maintain professional relationships
- Continuously improve customer handling skills, process knowledge, and company/product information
- Participate in team meetings, share knowledge, and recommend improvements
- Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma required, Associates degree or 2+ years college coursework preferred
- 1-2 years’ customer service experience, preferably in a contact center environment
- Fluent in French and English – written and verbal
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Professionalism and positive attitude to develop and nurture prospect relationships
- Effective communication with customers, managers, and co-workers
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Willingness to take on new assignments
- Good judgment and ability to work well within a team environment
- Knowledge of call center environment
Qualifications

Pay
$15.00/hr. + $2.00/hr. for French Bilingual Differential
Schedule
Monday thru Friday: 8:00am to 11pm & Saturday: 8am – 8:00 pm EST
