What You’ll Do
- Lead and support daily operations at assigned sites
- Work alongside team members to ensure quality service delivery
- Train, coach, and motivate employees
- Perform quality inspections and follow up on corrections
- Assist with cleaning tasks as needed
- Manage inventory, supplies, and ordering
- Monitor labor hours and maintain efficiency
- Handle customer concerns professionally
- Congduct daily team huddles and communicate updates clearly
- Identify employees ready for advancement
- Help improve processes and overall team performance
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Prior supervisory or team lead experience preferred
- Stable work history
- Experience managing labor hours and inventory is a plus
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
- $21–$24 per hour based on experience
