Fremont Village - HHA/CNA (Short Shift PM)
About the role
Fremont Village, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking an HHA/CNA to join their growing team. The community recently opened in October 2022 and is located in Zimmerman, MN. They offer Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services and have received the Best Senior Living Bronze Award 2023 from Star Tribune.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to residents with personal care services including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
- Affirm residents' independence and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
- Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
- Assist with medication administration.
Requirements
- Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
- Strong interest in healthcare.
- Positive, compassionate attitude.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.

Pay
- HHA Wage: $17-$22
- CNA Wage: $19-$24
Schedule
- Shifts Available: Part Time (6:00pm-9:00pm), every other weekend included.
- Shift Differential: PM: Extra $1/hr NOC: Extra $2/hr.
