Fremont Village - Caregiver, HHA, & CNA (Short Shifts)

About the role

Fremont Village, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking an HHA/CNA to join our dedicated team. Fremont Village opened its doors in October 2022 in Zimmerman, MN, offering Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. The community was awarded the Best Senior Living Bronze Award 2023 by Star Tribune.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to residents with personal care services including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as per the plan of care.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Aid in medication administration as directed by the plan of care.

Requirements

Preferred qualifications include experience in an assisted living community, strong interest in healthcare, a positive and compassionate attitude, and excellent customer service and communication skills.

Qualifications

Must have a valid Minnesota HHA/CNA license. Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required.

Pay

• HHA wage: $17.00 - $22.00 based on experience.
• CNA wage: $19.00 - $24.00 based on experience.
• Shift differential: $1.00 for PM shifts and $2.00 for NOC (Night On Call).

Schedule

• Part Time AM (7am-11am)
• Part Time PM (6pm-9pm)
• Every other weekend rotation
