About the role

Fremont Village, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking an HHA/CNA to join our dedicated team. Fremont Village, which opened in October 2022, offers Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services in a beautiful 65-unit apartment-style community. The community was awarded the Best Senior Living Bronze Award 2023 by Star Tribune. Fremont Village is a growing community with a passionate and caring team.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to residents with personal care services including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Aid in medication administration.

Requirements

Pay

• HHA Wage: $17.00 - $22.00 - Based on experience!
• CNA Wage: $19.00-$24.00 - Based on experience!
• Shift Differential: $1.00 for PM and $2.00 for NOC.

Schedule

• Full Time/Part Time PM (2:30pm-10:30pm).
• Part Time NOC (10:30pm-6:30am).
• Every other weekend rotation.
