About the role

Fremont Village, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking an HHA/CNA to join their growing team. The community, which opened in October 2022, offers Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services and was awarded the Best Senior Living Bronze Award 2023 by Star Tribune. Fremont Village is a vibrant community with a dedicated and passionate team.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to residents with personal care services including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as per the plan of care.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Aid in medication administration as directed.

Requirements

• Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
• Strong interest in healthcare.
• Positive, compassionate attitude.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Pay

• HHA Wage: $17-$22
• CNA Wage: $19-$24
• Shift Differential: PM: Extra $1/hr, NOC: Extra $2/hr

Schedule

• Part Time (6:30am-2:30pm), every other weekend only.
