Position Summary

Operates forklifts and completes work assignments by following company policies and procedures.

Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, and assisting with purchases and issues.

Maintains safety and merchandising presentation by conducting safety sweeps, handling hazardous materials, and ensuring proper inventory management.

Handles inventory by tracking goods, maintaining stock levels, and controlling shrinkage.

Operates and maintains forklifts safely and reports any issues to management.

Proactively identifies and assists customers with technology services, and models and helps others with technology services.

Ensures club pick-up orders are filled by assisting with picking and staging merchandise, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.

Respects individuals by embracing differences, fostering a culture of belonging, and supporting talent development.

Acts with integrity by maintaining high standards of ethics and compliance, and holding oneself and others accountable.

Serves customers and members by delivering results, balancing short and long-term priorities, and considering the impact on team performance.
