Freight Flow Associate-4

Position Summary

Operates forklifts and completes work assignments by following company policies and procedures.

What you'll do...

• Operates forklifts safely and complies with company standards.
• Pick up, move, place, and position merchandise and supplies.
• Organize merchandise and supplies from distribution centers and suppliers.
• Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, and assisting with purchases and issues.
• Maintain safety by conducting safety sweeps, following procedures for handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations.
• Maintain the sales floor and merchandising presentation by stocking and rotating merchandise, removing damaged or outdated goods, and ensuring proper display of promotional and seasonal merchandise.
• Handle inventory moves and displays goods safely, tracking levels and controlling shrinkage.
• Proactively identify and assist customers with technology services, and maintain and organize equipment.
• Ensure club pick-up orders are filled by assisting with picking and staging merchandise.
• Act with integrity, respect individuals, and strive for excellence.
• Strive for continuous improvement and support the company's goal of becoming a regenerative entity.

Minimum Qualifications

• 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Preferred Qualifications

• Customer Service Experience.
• Retail Experience.
• Supervising a team.
