Description Of Duties & Responsibilities

• Qualify new and existing customers and carriers
• Maintain and develop relationships with customers and carriers
• Book appointments and monitor driver/load status
• Negotiate customer and carrier rates
• Afford assistance to sales staff with resolving collection issues
• Effectively operate standard office equipment
• Perform all general freight transportation duties
