Responsibilities

• Design high-stakes pitch decks and professional one-pagers tailored for specific audiences
• Translate complex data into clear visual storytelling with a strong focus on minimalism and precise information hierarchy
• Elevate presentations using custom fonts, elegant animations, and perfect visual consistency
• Enforce a polished, persuasive, and premium corporate-meets-creative style across all deliverables
• Execute formatting quality standards through meticulous validation of visual alignment, pacing, and brand adherence before final delivery

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, presentation design, visual storytelling, or data visualization
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or related creative fields (desirable)
• Strong portfolio featuring high-end presentations, pitch decks, and data visualization
• Advanced skills in presentation software (PowerPoint, Keynote), design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma), data & information design, typography & animation
• Hands-on experience creating high-end, premium corporate-meets-creative style layouts
• Strong attention to detail and absolute commitment to visual perfection
• Self-directed work ethic with the ability to troubleshoot design challenges independently
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2 or above)

Qualifications

Candidates must have a strong portfolio featuring high-end presentations, pitch decks, and data visualization (not just basic templates). We are looking for specialists who have a deep understanding of pacing, storytelling, and information design.

Skills

• Expertise in PowerPoint, Keynote, etc., for building complex, dynamic, and perfectly animated decks
• Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or Figma to create custom graphics and layouts
• Ability to translate complex data and multi-level hierarchical structures into clear, minimalist visual storytelling
• Advanced skills in working with custom fonts and smooth, elegant animations for premium deliverables

Pay

Contributors can earn up to $50 per hour equivalent, depending on their level and pace of contribution.

Schedule

This is a part-time remote opportunity, with tasks estimated to require around 10-20 hours per week during active phases, based on project requirements.
