Key Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment for physicians, nurses, allied health, and clinical support using JobDiva ATS.
• Boolean sourcing on medical job boards;
• Compliance screening for healthcare credentials.
• Interview coordination, salary benchmarking, relocation assistance.
• Pipeline development for urgent and contract medical positions.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years medical recruiting across multiple disciplines.
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance (HIPAA, OSHA, state boards).
• JobDiva proficiency strongly preferred.

Compensation & Terms

• Pure commission model per filled position.
• Remote freelance/ongoing.
