About the role
The Largest Independent Established Multi-Specialty Group in Central North Carolina is seeking a Medical Recruiter to join their team full-time.
Responsibilities
- Deliver full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and employment offers.
- Collect and process requisitions for new and vacant positions.
- Conduct strategy meetings with hiring managers to identify expectations, clarify processes, and provide regular updates. Create a communication plan promoting a partnership for acquiring necessary talent.
- Meet with supervisors and/or leadership teams to discuss open positions and recruitment efforts.
- Travel to industry events and schools to build talent pipelines including internships.
- Aid all potential employees through the hiring process to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Reduce time to fill for open positions.
- Maintain awareness of competitor practices, industry trends, and recruitment standards.
- Monitor the hiring process to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
- Post jobs through internal and external media using advanced sourcing techniques to identify qualified passive and active candidates. Stay updated on emerging technology to advance sourcing trends and best recruitment practices.
- Identify internal and external candidates for vacant positions, assess job postings and employee referrals, screen resumes, conduct interviews by phone, in person, or via electronic video conferencing media.
- Collect, process, and maintain applicant data including interviewer recommendations and assessment results.
- Advise hiring managers and facilitate/participate in selection decision-making meetings.
- Deliver and negotiate job offers or rejections to candidates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Ideal qualifications include provider and clinical recruiting experience, familiarity with applicant tracking systems, self-motivation, ability to work under pressure, organization, superb communication skills, relationship building, and technological savvy (proficiency with MS Office suite).
