Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers via JobDiva ATS to identify staffing needs for allied health positions across US and Canadian markets.
- Source candidates using Boolean strings on LinkedIn, Indeed, and healthcare-specific boards; screen resumes for technical skills, certifications (e.g., BLS, ARRT), and compliance.
- Conduct phone/video interviews, assess cultural fit, and manage full-cycle recruitment including offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles; track metrics like time-to-fill and source-of-hire.
- Ensure all placements comply with healthcare regulations, state licensing, and client requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years recruiting allied healthcare professionals; familiarity with JobDiva ATS preferred.
- Strong knowledge of allied health credentials, travel contracts, and locum tenens.
- Proficiency in Boolean search, CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and professional communication.
- Excellent time management for ongoing freelance deliverables; flexible availability as needed.
Compensation & Terms
- Incentive-only structure: Earn competitive commissions per successful placement (e.g., percentage of first-year salary for filled roles).
- No base pay or hourly rate; pure performance-based incentives.
- Remote/freelance/ongoing engagement with long-term opportunity.
- Incentives paid weekly upon client approval via direct deposit.
