Freelance Field Representative (US)

Location: In person – applicants must live in one of the eligible cities listed below Schedule: Flexible, approximately 25–50 hours per week Compensation: $90 daily stipend for qualifying days, plus activation bonuses About The Role Sqwad is looking for independent field representatives to help expand a parcel pickup network across the United States. You’ll visit local businesses, introduce the pickup-point partnership, explain how it works, and help interested shop owners complete the registration and activation process. This is a field-based role involving direct contact with business owners and regular travel within your assigned area. Who You Will Represent Europe's number 1 second-hand marketplace. Members send, collect and return parcels through pickup points and lockers: 33,000+ locations and 800M+ parcels in Europe in 2025, and 7,000+ points already live in the U.S. and growing. You're building that U.S. network from the ground floor. Your responsibilities Visit local shops and introduce the partnership opportunity.Speak with business owners and decision-makers.Explain the service and help interested businesses sign up.Follow up on registrations to support activation.Record visits and progress using a mobile application. Compensation $90 daily stipend for each qualifying workday. A day qualifies when you complete at least 10 store visits or sign at least one partner.$200 per shop activated within 24 hours of device delivery.$140 per shop activated after the 24-hour window. The daily stipend and activation bonuses are separate components of the compensation. Earnings vary according to activity and results; no total monthly earnings are guaranteed. What we’re looking for Experience in field sales, door-to-door sales, canvassing, or business development.Confidence approaching business owners and speaking with decision-makers.Good organization and follow-up skills.Reliable transportation within your assigned territory.Comfortable using a smartphone and digital tools.Ability to carry equipment weighing up to approximately 35 lbs.Strong spoken and written English.Based in the United States and able to work as an independent 1099 contractor.
