Game Seven Agency, an Excel Sports Management Company, is a full-service creative and experiential agency specializing in sport, music, and culture. From high-profile moments to intricate details, we focus on building meaningful relationships for impactful brands. Our team blends creatives, strategists, producers, designers, project managers, and cultural enthusiasts. Clients include Hennessy, Nike, Jordan, Spotify, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Amazon, Timberland, Oakley, Foot Locker, Chime, Fanatics, Bleacher Report, Uninterrupted, and more.
This role begins as a temporary assignment with strong potential to convert to full-time.
Responsibilities
- Production Leadership & Execution
- Lead planning, scheduling, and execution for multiple experiential activations.
- Translate briefs and statements of work (SOWs) into clear production plans and timelines.
- Oversee fabrication, technical builds, permitting, and onsite operations.
- Manage onsite execution, including load-in/out, show calling, and client management.
- Vendor & Partner Management
- Source, negotiate, and manage vendors and production partners.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to support future projects.
- Manage staffing plans, workflows, and safety protocols.
- Financial Management
- Build and manage project budgets in partnership with leadership and finance.
- Track invoices, payments, and reconciliation through project close.
- Identify efficiencies to balance creative ambition with budget constraints.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with creative, strategy, and account teams to align production approaches.
- Contribute production expertise to pitches and proactive opportunities.
- Integrate seamlessly into projects at various stages as needed.
- Team & Culture
- Stay informed on trends in culture, technology, and experiential marketing.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve execution and client service.
Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in experiential or live event production.
- Experience managing mid- to large-scale production budgets.
- Proven vendor management and production execution experience.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, Box, Asana, and related tools.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including holidays, evenings, and weekends.
- Availability to work a hybrid schedule, 3 days/week in office.

Pay
Freelance: $1,750–$2,000 per week. Full-time: $82,000–$95,000 annually. Compensation may vary based on experience, role tenure, business sector, and geographic location.
