Freelance Account Director

Description Job Summary The Account Director balances account support and account leadership responsibilities supporting the SVP, Account Leadership. From the account support perspective, the Account Director is responsible for managing projects as they move through the Addison Whitney strategic process. From the account leadership perspective, the Account Director is responsible for building relationships, leading client calls with an emphasis on our strategic deliverables and offerings, communicating needs to internal and external teams and leading the management of projects as they move through the Addison Whitney process. Responsibilities Create and maintain project timelines, schedules Plan, monitor, appraise, and review project progress and team contributionsClearly communicate project status, deadlines, deliverables, etc. to internal and external team membersReview all deliverables for strategic and creative accuracy prior to client deliveryBuild and maintain strong client relationships Utilize the Wrike project management systemProactively approach opportunities, project challenges and other situations with curiosity and genuine interest in creative solutions Contribute positively to team-oriented culture centered around respect and accountability Requirements Bachelor’s degree requiredMinimum of 6-8 years of relevant work experience requiredStrong oral and written communication skills Ability to work well both within a team and independently The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $90.00-$110.00 but may vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role.
