About the Role

We are building an elite team, applying frontier technologies to the world's biggest financial problems. We're looking for bold thinkers, sharp problem-solvers, and builders who are wired to make an impact. The Fraud Operations Program Manager will oversee high-impact projects that support business growth and strategic initiatives across Fraud Operations. This role serves as the primary point of contact between Fraud Ops and Product, as well as the Detection & Prevention team, and is responsible for building Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) for new products, drafting memos, managing issues, and leading project work within Fraud Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main liaison between Fraud Operations and Product, as well as the Detection & Prevention team, ensuring Fraud Ops is represented and prepared throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Own launch readiness for new product rollouts and initiatives impacting Fraud Operations — coordinating readiness across people, process, and technology ahead of go-live.
  • Develop and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) for new products and initiatives affecting Fraud Operations.
  • Draft and circulate memos related to Fraud Ops implementations and updates, ensuring timely review and approval.
  • Manage and resolve issues related to Fraud Operations as they are reported, driving root-cause resolution and timely closure.
  • Partner closely with the Fraud Operations leadership team to plan for and de-risk upcoming launches, aligning staffing, training, and workflow changes with product timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders — Product, Detection & Prevention, Engineering, and BPO vendor partners — to ensure effective communication and collaboration across all projects impacting Fraud Operations teams.
  • Establish a cohesive vision for Fraud Operations-wide initiatives that span multiple teams, keeping efficiency and operational readiness at the forefront of decision-making.
  • Work directly with frontline Fraud Ops agents to surface process gaps and improvement opportunities, translating field-level feedback into scoped initiatives.
  • Provide guidance to the Fraud Operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent program/project management skills.
  • 5+ years of experience in Fraud Operations, Trust & Safety, or a related risk/operations discipline.
  • Strong understanding of fraud typologies and operational workflows across products (e.g., equities, crypto, event contracts).
  • Experience managing multiple projects at once, involving stakeholders across business units.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, analytical skills, project management ability, and strong attention to detail.
  • Skilled at balancing multiple priorities, operating autonomously, and driving execution while favoring automation over manual processes.
  • Builds and sustains strong, trust-based relationships across a wide range of cross-functional teams — Product, Engineering, Detection & Prevention, BPO vendor partners, and frontline Fraud Ops agents — with a high level of responsiveness given the breadth of stakeholders this role touches.
  • Resourceful, persistent, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Benefits

  • Performance-driven compensation with multipliers for outsized impact, bonus programs, equity ownership, and 401(k) matching.
  • Top-tier benefits to fuel your work, including 100% paid health insurance for employees with 90% coverage for dependents.
  • Access to the Robinhood Employee Fund that gives eligible US employees the opportunity to invest in a private employee fund that provides exposure to Robinhood Ventures funds.
  • Access to the best AI tools on the market and continuous AI skill-building for every employee, technical or not.
  • Lifestyle wallet - a highly flexible benefits spending account for wellness, learning, and more.
  • Employer-paid life & disability insurance, fertility benefits, and mental health benefits.
  • Time off to recharge including company holidays, paid time off, sick time, parental leave, and more!
  • Exceptional office experience with catered meals, events, and comfortable workspaces.
