Fraud Operation Specialist
Location: Overland Park, KS – Hybrid
Pay Range: $21 - $23 / hr. on W2
About the role
Conduct investigations involving policy violations, compliance matters, and customer privacy concerns under established procedures and guidance from senior investigators. Gather, review, and analyze information from internal systems, records, and business partners to support investigative findings. Document investigative activities, findings, and recommendations in case management systems. Prepare investigative summaries, reports, and supporting documentation for various stakeholders including Corporate Investigations, Legal Affairs, Privacy, and Human Resources. Manage assigned caseload and ensure timely progression of investigations and related follow-up actions.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 4 days/week onsite to start. Must be based near and able to work from either the Overland Park, KS office or the Allentown, PA office. Depending on workload and business needs, the schedule may transition to 3 days/week onsite later in the engagement.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in Corporate Investigations, Compliance, Human Resources Investigations, Fraud Investigations, Risk Management, Customer Privacy, Legal Support, Law Enforcement, or a related investigative field.
- Experience conducting research, fact-finding, case documentation, and investigative analysis.
- Experience handling sensitive or confidential information.
- Familiarity with case management systems and investigative documentation practices.
Some college education is preferred.
