Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full franchise development cycle, including prospecting, qualification, presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Conduct discovery calls and in-depth presentations with potential franchisees to effectively communicate the Snap Fitness business model and growth opportunities.
- Follow up on inbound leads and proactively source new prospects using industry networks, referrals, and franchise expos.
- Identify opportunities for multi-unit expansion with current Snap Fitness franchisees.
- Partner with operations and marketing to present new territory opportunities and growth strategies.
- Track and analyze key franchise sales metrics (conversion rates, pipeline progress, lead source performance).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in lead management systems (e.g., FranConnect or similar CRM tools).
- Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership to inform strategic direction.
- Cross-functionally collaborate with internal departments such as Marketing, Operations, and Franchise Administration to ensure a seamless onboarding and transition process for new franchisees.
- Provide feedback on market trends and lead quality to help refine messaging and campaigns.
- Represent Snap Fitness at franchise expos, trade shows, and industry events to promote brand visibility and attract potential franchisees.
- Ensure all franchise sales activities comply with federal, state/provincial, and international franchise regulations.
- Collaborate with legal and franchise administration teams to ensure all documentation and disclosure processes are properly followed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of franchise sales experience or experience in a similar consultative, relationship-based sales environment.
- Background in the fitness industry or working with health/wellness franchise brands.
- Experience using lead management systems like FranConnect, Salesforce, or similar CRMs.
- Familiarity with Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDDs) and franchise compliance regulations.

- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing franchisees.
- Consultative sales approach with a focus on alignment between candidate goals and brand strategy.
- Strong understanding of franchising models and small business ownership.
- Ability to assess candidate financial capability and operational fit for franchise ownership.
- Results-oriented and proactive in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with internal teams.
