About the role
Lead and coach a team of framers focusing on building customer relationships while creating custom framing solutions for art.
Responsibilities
- Drive custom framing sales and assist customers in creating memorable framing solutions.
- Develop and coach the team on selling behaviors.
- Plan workload in partnership with the Store Manager to deliver high-quality custom framing solutions on time.
- Achieve and manage team KPIs, including sales and production workload planning.
- Manage inventory and execute shrink and safety programs as assigned.
- Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
- Interview, on-board, coach, observe, and train new Team members; support Talent Development activities; participate in Performance Management activities.
- Collaborate with MODs on framing and other tasks.
- Interact positively with colleagues and customers, maintaining a respectful and positive attitude.
- Follow standard operating procedures and ensure a safe working environment.
- Perform necessary tasks such as unloading trucks, stocking, and assisting with Omni-channel processes.
Requirements
- Basic computer skills.
- Previous custom framing experience preferred.
- Retail management experience preferred.
- Experience leading a sales team.
Qualifications
- Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
- Standing for long periods.
- Lifting heavy boxes and frames and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.

Pay
Total Base Pay Range: $16.00 - $22.20
Schedule
Nights, weekends, and early mornings are common work hours.
