Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, or building plans to determine required materials and dimensions.
- Select and prepare lumber or other building materials.
- Measure, cut, and assemble framing materials using saws, drills, levels, and fastening tools.
- Build structural frameworks including floors, walls, stairs, and roof decking.
- Install prefabricated components including windows and doors.
- Maintain structural accuracy and integrity using levels, plumb bobs, and squares.
- Construct scaffolding and ladders for elevated work.
- Unload, distribute, and organize materials at the jobsite.
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures in various weather and jobsite conditions.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- One year of framing or construction experience is preferred but not required—we will train the right individual.
- Must be able to read a tape measure and have basic knowledge of hand and power tools (saws, drills, etc.).
- A strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork mindset are required.
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs, bend, kneel, and climb is necessary.
- Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions is essential.
- Basic math and reasoning skills are required.

Full-Time: Monday–Friday
Location
Onsite job locations throughout the Twin Cities Metro area. No travel required beyond standard jobsite assignments.
