Responsibilities
Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company objectives.
Partner directly with executive leadership on strategic initiatives.
Advise on capital allocation and long-term financial planning.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Provide financial reporting and actionable business insights.
Support cost optimization initiatives.
Support fundraising and investor relations activities.
Assist with mergers and acquisitions.
Provide strategic guidance on business growth opportunities.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and tax requirements.
Identify and manage financial risks.
Maintain sound financial controls and processes.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in senior finance leadership roles, including CFO or equivalent.
Proven track record in strategic planning and financial leadership.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with bootstrapped software companies or technology startups preferred.
CPA, CFA, or MBA is a plus but not required.
