Experience Requirements
- Ten or more years of senior finance leadership experience as a CFO, VP Finance, Controller, or equivalent.
- Proven ability to stabilize organizations and lead through transition or change.
- Strong command of financial systems, reporting discipline, and operational rigor.
- Experience with nonprofit accounting or the ability to quickly develop proficiency.
- Comfortable managing multiple client engagements in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Prior fractional, advisory, or consulting experience.
- Experience supporting organizations through growth, scaling, or operational transformation.
- Familiarity with platforms such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or comparable systems.
