- Liaises with the vendor and department stakeholders to support all students across Tennessee, especially vulnerable subgroups, in receiving the funding and resources needed for success.
- Develops, maintains, and delivers ePlan components including Funding Applications, Data & Information Tools, Monitoring Instruments, and posted documents and other resources in a timely manner.
- Manages FPO contracts.
