About the role
Responsible for leading advanced research projects aimed at developing innovative solutions in the field of renewable energy technologies. This role requires expertise in solar panel technology, battery storage systems, and energy management systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement new energy generation and storage technologies
- Conduct research and analysis on emerging trends in renewable energy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and test prototypes
- Prepare technical reports and presentations for stakeholders
- Stay updated with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in renewable energy technology development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
Qualifications
- Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, or similar programming languages
- Knowledge of solar panel manufacturing processes and battery chemistry
