FPGA Development Engineer

About the role

FPGA Development Engineer - VHDL / DO-254 position located in Melbourne, FL (onsite). This is a long‑term role.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident (Green Card holder); sponsorship not available.
• Aerospace experience.
• FPGA hands‑on experience.
• Strong VHDL FPGA development.
• DSP / digital signal processing implementation.
• Xilinx FPGA tools and architectures.
• MATLAB modeling and simulation.
• DO‑254 development (mandatory).
• Hardware lab testing and system integration.
• Linux development environment.
• Timing analysis and timing closure.
• RF, SDR, radar, or communications systems experience.
• FPGA board bring‑up and hardware debugging.
• Experience with ModelSim and Questa.
• Requirements capture and detailed design documentation.

Pay

$60/hr on W2 (selected candidate will be on Danta Technologies payroll). Compensation package is competitive and varies based on qualifications, experience, and location.
