About the Role
As a Manager, FP&A of an established FP&A organization, you will partner with several functions & their senior leadership teams. You will assist in expense forecasting, reporting and analysis for distribution and present to executive management. You will analyze historical performance to understand trends and key drivers, make recommendations to improve performance and processes based on findings. You will work cross-functionally with business partners including Finance, Sales, Sales Operations and Product/R&D to gather reporting requirements and build reporting that enables decision-making. You will streamline and reporting across multiple, disparate systems to drive efficiencies and increase accuracy. You will automate manual reporting efforts through creating reports in Workday, SalesForce, Tableau, Drivetrain. You will develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting process, strategic and long-range planning. You will establish processes and track performance against annual plans, forecasts and projections. You will assist in various finance led ad-hoc requests from the CFO and senior management. You will assist with the annual budget and planning process. You will synthesize complex financial analysis into easily digestible and actionable communications for to support decision-making.
Qualifications
- Experience turning financial data into relevant insights that support sound decisions
- Ability to be adaptable and flexible while responding to deadlines on assignments and workflow fluctuations
- Experience working with Financial Planning & Reporting tools
- Promote for process improvement
- Extraordinary Excel / PowerPoint / financial modeling skills
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in FP&A
