About the role
As a Financial Manager of an established FP&A organization, you will serve as an FP&A Partner for the General and Administrative (G&A) organizations and lead consolidations.
Responsibilities
- Be a trusted advisor to leaders of assigned departments and lead their budgeting and forecasting activities, including long range planning and execution and ensuring operational plans are following financial budgets and forecasts.
- Prepare and lead the monthly financial review of results meetings with the business department's leaders and finance leadership team.
- Provide transparency into actual results and forward-looking analyses, including foresight into investment needs, margin trends and competitive benchmarking.
- Analyze historical performance to understand trends and key drivers.
- Make recommendations to improve performance and processes based on findings.
- Create and present detailed visualizations of financial data for senior leadership, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with teams across the Company, including parent company teams, Accounting, Tax, HR, Pricing, Commercial and Operations Support ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives.

- Experience working with Financial Planning tools, ideally Adaptive or similar (Anaplan, Vena, Netsuite Financial Planning).

- Demonstrated drive for continuous process improvement.
- Extraordinary Excel / PowerPoint / financial modeling skills.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in FP&A.
