What You’ll Do
- Lead budgeting and forecasting across all facilities, partnering with operations leadership to set performance targets
- Mentor a team of analysts and drive a culture of collaboration, accountability, and growth
- Build and maintain complex financial models, dashboards, and KPIs that guide data-driven decisions
- Present monthly performance reviews to executive and operational leaders, translating numbers into action
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation to elevate the FP&A function
What You Bring
- Must have: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- Must have: 5+ years of progressive FP&A or finance experience, ideally in healthcare or multi-site operations
- Must have: Prior experience managing or mentoring a team
- Must have: Deep understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and their interrelationships
- Must have: Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; strong budgeting and forecasting knowledge
- Must have: Exceptional communication skills and a proven ability to build cross-functional relationships

- Nice to have: Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or healthcare services
- Nice to have: Background leading process improvement and automation projects
