PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
- Lead the end-to-end annual corporate budgeting process, partnering closely with department heads to build comprehensive, ground-up financial models.
- Drive the monthly rolling forecast cycle, delivering deep-dive budget-to-actual variance analysis and actionable, narrative-driven insights to the executive team.
- Architect, maintain, and own detailed department-level Profit & Loss reporting, providing leadership with clear visibility into cost drivers and identifying areas for strategic expense optimization.
- Evaluate performance metrics across wholesale lending channels and product lines, tracking operational efficiency from initial production through funding.
- Act as a key financial partner to operational leaders, synthesizing complex data into high-level, digestible presentations that guide business strategy and resource allocation.
- Design, implement, and streamline financial reporting workflows, establishing systemic foundation and KPIs for the FP&A function as the business continues its build-out phase.
- Execute complex ad-hoc financial modeling to evaluate operational efficiencies, new product viability, and other critical requests to support the continuous growth of the business.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Financial Planning & Budgeting

EDUCATION
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
EXPERIENCE
- 7+ years financial reporting experience
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- This position is in an office setting with computer and general office equipment.
- The position requires the ability to move freely around within the department and other department locations
