FP&A Business Manager

Responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate budgeting, forecasting and analysis of unit’s operations / fixed cost.
- Provide financial leadership and partnering with leaders to maximize investment opportunities, identify and manage cost savings, and provide monthly analysis and forecasting.
- Supply timely, accurate information to leaders to help and support them in executing the planned business and budget actions.
- Monitor key metrics (including KPIs) and proactively address issues to management.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive and successful FP&A experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance, or similar field. Master’s degree preferred.

- Excellent accounting, analysis and organizational skills.
- Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects and work under rigid time constraints.
- Ability to write reports, develop business models and key indices for a business.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees, managers, internal and external customers and the general public.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
SkillsProficient use of Excel and visual databases (Power BI).

Pay
Annual Base Pay Range: The hiring range for this role is $135,500 – $177,870. The compensation package offered will depend on candidate’s ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
Schedule
Variable Compensation KONE Annual Bonus plan at 15% Target Incentive (60/40) based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
