FP&A Analyst - Manufacturing - Woburn

FP&A Analyst | Burlington MA area KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting has partnered with an established organization in the Greater Boston area in their search for an FP&A Analyst. This is a great opportunity for a finance professional looking to expand their FP&A experience and gain exposure across forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, management reporting and operational finance. The FP&A Analyst will work closely with finance and business leaders to analyze performance, identify key trends and provide meaningful insights to support business decisions. Responsibilities Support monthly forecasting, budgeting and financial planning activitiesAnalyze actual results against budget and forecast, identifying key trends, variances and business driversDevelop and maintain financial models to support planning, forecasting and decision-makingPartner with finance and operational leaders to understand performance, spending and forecast changesSupport the annual budget and long-range planning processesPrepare management reporting, KPI dashboards and financial presentationsConsolidate financial information across multiple business units or locations and provide meaningful analysisPerform operating expense, pricing and profitability analysisPartner cross-functionally on financial systems, reporting and process improvement initiativesSupport special projects and ad hoc financial analysis as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field2+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, accounting or a related finance roleStrong Excel and financial modeling skills with the ability to work with large data setsExperience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and financial reportingFamiliarity with ERP, financial reporting or planning systemsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate financial information clearlyComfortable partnering across finance, operations and other functional teamsDetail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesManufacturing or multi-site experience is a plus, but not requiredOneStream or similar planning/consolidation system experience is a plus Hybrid | Onsite - $70-90k base If you are interested in this opportunity, please send your resume to Dalton Rolli at drolli@kbwfinancial.com for immediate consideration.
