FP&A Analyst
GENERAL SUMMARY
The FP&A Analyst will support strategic financial planning, analysis, and decision-making in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. This role is ideal for candidates with prior experience in public accounting, investment banking, consulting, transaction advisory, or similar analytical finance roles who are eager to apply strong modeling and analytical skills within an operating company. The role partners closely with Finance, Accounting, and cross-functional stakeholders, with exposure to senior leadership and M&A-related initiatives.
IDEAL BACKGROUND
Corporate Finance Analyst, Accounting roles with strong analytical exposure, Investment Banking Analyst, Consulting Analyst, Transaction Advisory Analyst, or Valuation Analyst
Experience in fast-paced, client-driven or stakeholder-heavy environments
Experience & Hard Requirements: 1–2 years of professional experience in analytical finance, consulting, or transaction advisory role
Hands-on experience with financial or accounting analysis, modeling, and valuation
Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven, or stakeholder-driven environments
Advanced Excel proficiency
Core Skills, Tools & Technical Capabilities
- Financial modeling, valuation, and scenario analysis
- Financial statement and accounting analysis
- Advanced Excel and working knowledge of PowerPoint
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and structured problem-solving
- Ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders simultaneously
- Ability to independently solve open-ended, complex problems using data
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree required. Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business preferred
