What You'll Do
- Own sourcing across every open role
- Github, X, hackathon leaderboards, paper authors, open source communities, and the places our customers live
- Run technical screens yourself: read code, ask useful follow-ups, and separate signal from noise
- Build the recruiting playbook we do not have yet - outreach, rubrics, calibration, scorecards, and weekly hiring reviews
- Own pipeline metrics and tell us where the system is broken: conversion, source quality, time to offer, and offer acceptance
- Partner with engineering and GTM leads to turn vague hiring needs into target profiles, sourcing plans, and screens we trust
- Dogfood Composio to automate outreach, candidate tracking, and reporting
Must Haves
- Technical Recruiting: Read code well enough to evaluate a take-home or Github profile without an engineer in the room
- Built a recruiting process from scratch, not just inherited one
- Operator: Bring structure to ambiguous hiring needs and keep the loop moving without founder babysitting
- Ai Native: Use LLMs in your daily workflow
- Comfortable writing small scripts or agents to automate repetitive work
- Typist: Write clear outreach, rubrics, docs, and hiring notes
- Human: Build trust and admit what you do not know
