Talent Management Architect
Job Duties
- Lead the design and execution of enterprise talent management practices, including talent reviews, succession planning, performance enablement, organizational development, and planning.
- Facilitate enterprise and business-level talent discussions, calibration sessions, and succession forums.
- Design and deliver inclusive, outcome-focused facilitation experiences for leaders.
- Develop tools, templates, guides, and leader enablement resources.
- Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to ensure consistent and equitable talent practices.
- Use data and insights to inform talent decisions and recommendations.
- Architect holistic, end-to-end solutions that integrate performance management, Learning & Development, succession pipelines, succession planning, and skills/competencies.
- Facilitate both virtual and in-person sessions, adapting style and materials to audience and context.
- Drive standardization of talent practices across the organization while de-risking future system capabilities through hands-on development of Processes, procedures, and frameworks.
Measurement & Evaluation (Continuous Improvement)
- Develop and maintain practical tools, facilitator guides, templates, and leader job aids that enable consistent execution of talent processes.
- Enable HRBPs and leaders through structured enablement sessions, playbooks, and on-demand resources.
- Document and standardize facilitation approaches and talent methodologies to support scalability and sustainability.
Stakeholder Partnership & Collaboration
- Act as a thought partner to senior leaders and HRBPs, influencing decisions without formal authority.
- Collaborate with adjacent HR functions (e.g., Learning, Inclusion, Workforce Planning, Total Rewards) to ensure integrated talent solutions.
- Use data, insights, and business context to inform recommendations and challenge thinking constructively.
- Support cross-team design reviews, architectural governance, and best practice enforcement across multiple programs and portfolios.

Hiring Salary Range : The typical hiring salary for this role, ranges from USD $120145.45 to $179250.91 per year but varies by specific work location. Within a range, Resideo determines base pay for an individual based on various factors, including market conditions, skills, and experience.
Incentive Eligible (RBP) : This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus of up to 10% of the annual base salary. The bonus is contingent upon both individual and company performance.
