• Maintain and improve the company’s talent philosophies across various development areas
• Co-create the programmatic layer for talent management and People Partner enablement
• Ensure clear and actionable talent expectations through system design

• Lead high-impact talent strategy projects targeting critical business needs

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in talent management strategy development
• Proven track record of influencing senior leadership
• Ability to translate complex talent philosophies into practical tools
• Strong organizational judgment connecting talent outcomes to business results
• Passion for innovating talent management in an AI-driven landscape

Pay

$230,000 – $270,000 annually
