Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for driving pipeline generation in the healthcare sector.
About the Role
You will be one of our first sales hires, working directly with the founders and our Account Executive (AE). Your primary responsibility will be to own the top of the funnel for healthcare, running and scaling the outbound motion our AE already built, with a clear path to becoming an AE yourself.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling and other outbound strategies
- Build and maintain target lists for healthcare accounts
- Book meetings with key decision-makers at health systems, payers, RCM shops, and healthtech companies
- Own pipeline generation for healthcare, ensuring the funnel remains full
- Hand qualified opportunities to the Account Executive for closing
- By day 5: familiarize yourself with the product and pitch, and start dialing target accounts daily
- By day 30: take ownership of pipeline generation against your account list and meet a consistent meeting quota
- Over time: take ownership of outbound for specific geos or markets, and develop playbooks for attacking these areas
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales or sales development
- Strong healthcare or healthtech sales experience
Qualifications
Our process is designed to find individuals who can quickly learn a technical product, hold their own with senior buyers, and generate pipeline without extensive hand-holding. We value candidates who can demonstrate raw outbound intensity and a strong understanding of healthcare operations.

Pay
Base salary: $70,000 - $90,000
OTC: $100,000 - $120,000
Equity: 0.1-0.2%
Schedule
This is not a traditional 9-to-5 role. We work long hours, including some weekends, to ensure we stay ahead of the competition.
