Sales Development Representative
Overview:
As a Founding Sales Development Representative at Dealops, you'll play a pivotal role in building the company's pipeline engine from the ground up. You'll work closely with the CEO and Founding Account Executives to define how we identify, engage, and qualify the most innovative AI and high-growth SaaS companies. This is not a "run-the-sequence" SDR role. You'll help build our outbound motion, test strategies, and set the foundation for how Dealops sources and qualifies pipeline as we scale.
- Source and qualify pipeline: Identify, research, and engage target accounts through thoughtful outbound across email, LinkedIn, calls, and creative experiments.
- Develop outbound motion: Test messaging, channels, and sequencing strategies to determine what resonates with modern AI and SaaS buyers.
- Refine ICP and qualification: Help sharpen who we sell to, what signals matter, and how we prioritize accounts.
- Collaborate closely: Partner with the Founding AEs, CEO, and Product team to share insights from the field and influence positioning, roadmap, and GTM strategy.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or similar outbound role at a B2B SaaS or AI company
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable leading first conversations with senior stakeholders
- Curious, driven, and persistent; you enjoy prospecting and problem-solving
- Excited by ambiguity and pace; you want to build, test, and iterate rather than follow a rigid script
- Bonus: Experience selling GTM, pricing, or RevOps tools or working directly with RevOps/GTM Systems/Finance stakeholders
