About the role
As a Founding SDR, you will be the tip of the spear for outbound at a fast-growing AI infrastructure startup. This is a high-volume, execution-focused role, you will run aggressive outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn, leveraging AI tools to move fast and generate pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Run high-volume outbound outreach across cold calling, email, and LinkedIn.
- Generate and qualify pipeline for the sales team.
- Use AI-native tools to increase speed, personalization, and volume.
- Iterate quickly on messaging and outreach experiments.
- Partner with the founders and GTM team to refine targeting and process.
Requirements
- Around one year of SDR or outbound sales experience.
- Aggressive, high-activity outreach style with a bias for volume and execution.
- AI-native, comfortable using modern tools to work faster.
- Startup experience preferred, with comfort in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Able to work onsite in San Francisco five days per week.
