About The Role
This is not a traditional SDR role. This is a founding commercial role for someone who wants more ownership, more responsibility, and more exposure than a typical SDR position provides. If you are a top 10% BDR/SDR performer and are looking for an opportunity to grow quickly inside an ambitious early-stage company, we want to talk to you.

- Your role will be to execute aggressively, test what works in-market, provide feedback from prospects and customers, and help us continuously improve the playbook.

What You'll Do
- Attend conferences across the U.S. Work booths and actively pull prospects into conversations.
- Demo Marble live to tax professionals and firm leaders.
- Run outbound phone and email sequences.
- Possess prospect and manage your own pipeline.
- Conduct discovery and close deals in 1–2 conversations.
- Help refine messaging and positioning based on real market feedback.
- Experiment constantly and adapt quickly.

Practical Details
- Travel: Frequent conference travel required.
- Sales Motion: Fast-cycle, high-activity, phone-heavy.
- Reporting To: CEO to start.
- Compensation: Target compensation is approximately $150,000 OTE ($100k base + $50k variable). Commission for the first two quarters is guaranteed while you ramp.
- Compensation Range: $95K - $105K.
