- Own in-flight execution and accountability
- Ensure every initiative delivers its intended business impact
How You Operate

- Make fast, high-quality tradeoffs to maintain momentum
What You'll Own
End-to-End Outcomes
- Define success in terms of revenue, usage, and retention
- Translate ambiguous goals into clear execution plans
- Ensure high-quality work ships quickly

- You are accountable for whether the product actually works for our users.
Founder-Level Stakeholder Leadership
- Translate founder vision into clear execution
- Align engineering, design, and business priorities
- Resolve ambiguity and unblock decisions quickly
- Push back when necessary and create clarity when none exists
- You are the connective layer between vision and execution.
Execution & Momentum
- Drive multiple high-impact workstreams simultaneously
- Make strong decisions with imperfect information
- Maintain high velocity without sacrificing quality
- Hold a high bar for what gets shipped
- Your role is to ensure the company moves forward every week.
