Founding Operations Lead

About the role

You'll own everything from customer implementations and pilot launches to customer success, conferences, and internal operations, ensuring every customer has an exceptional experience from contract signature through long-term adoption. You'll work directly with hospital executives, nurse leaders, frontline clinicians, and our engineering team to coordinate implementations, solve operational challenges, and build the systems that power our growth. You'll also play a critical role in building relationships with frontline nurses, representing Kabilah at industry events, and turning customer feedback into operational improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead customer implementations from contract signature through successful go-live.
  • Coordinate pilot launches, onboarding, training sessions, and customer communications.
  • Represent Kabilah at conferences, customer events, and industry meetings to strengthen customer relationships and grow our network.
  • Build internal systems, documentation, and operational processes that enable Kabilah to scale efficiently.
  • Take ownership of high-impact operational projects across recruiting, finance, legal, vendor management, and company operations as we grow.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in operations, customer success, consulting, implementation, project management, or another execution-focused role.
  • Experience working directly with customers in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel periodically to customer sites, conferences, and company offsites.

  • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build trust with executives, clinicians, customers, and teammates.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and comfort operating in highly ambiguous environments.
  • A bias toward action: you identify problems, take ownership, and drive them to completion.
  • Comfort wearing many hats and balancing customer-facing work with internal operations.
  • Excitement about building the operational foundation of a category-defining AI company.
