Founding Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Design data collection, QA, and annotation processes from scratch
• Work with top AI labs to understand their feedback and improve the quality of the data
• Help design workflows where humans and AI agents work together effectively
• Manage contributors, contractors, and day-to-day project execution
• Turn messy, manual workflows into clear systems that can scale across future projects
• Track project quality, speed, and blockers to make sure data is delivered on time and meets customer requirements

Requirements

• Willing to move to San Francisco
• Comfortable working 12 hours a day, 6 days a week
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Strong problem solver who can operate in uncertain situations
• Experience managing people
• Strong interest in AI automation and the data space
• Nice to have: 1-2 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, product management, operations, or a similarly intense role; experience at an early-stage startup; experience building or improving operational systems; SQL, financial modeling, excel, coding experience
