About the Opportunity

The Founding Operations Associate role serves as a foundational position within the team, combining direct customer support with operational development. The role involves guiding clients through the platform, onboarding, and establishing scalable customer support systems. It plays a critical role in linking engineering and business functions and contributes to early pipeline generation. This position offers broad responsibilities and flexibility for growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on customer support and guide clients through the platform
• Set up and onboard new customer accounts using the admin portal
• Design and scale repeatable customer support processes
• Manage general operations, documentation, and coordination across teams
• Facilitate communication between engineering and business units
• Support early-stage outbound pipeline generation as needed

Requirements

• A clear and effective communicator comfortable with client-facing interactions
• An analytical thinker capable of systemic understanding beyond task execution
• Experience or mindset suited to early-stage startup environments
• Willingness to perform practical tasks and contribute broadly
• Proficiency in using admin portals and learning new systems without coding
• Collaborative, personable, and team-oriented
• Prior experience in startups or small companies is advantageous

Pay Range and Compensation Package

Base salary between $80,000 and $100,000
