About the role
We are building an AI-native operating system for brands that sell into brick-and-mortar retail. Today, we sell two products: an accounting automation product that helps brands automate more than 1 million transactions a year and a forecasting product that helps brands forecast more than $1B in retail sales. We have best-in-class growth, efficiency, and recently raised a $15M Series A to build on the existing momentum.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute innovative marketing initiatives across multiple channels including social media, events, email campaigns, and digital content
- Develop high-quality content that educates and resonates with our audience, from newsletters and video tutorials of Confido’s platform to in-depth product announcements
- Maintain and continuously optimize Confido’s website to support new feature releases, enhance user experience, and drive qualified inbound leads
- Make data-driven decisions about priority areas of investment and strategies for growth
- Possess strong analytical skills and be able to adapt to market feedback
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in early stage marketing / growth, investment banking, consulting, or investing
- Ability to develop creative and compelling content that resonates with our various buyer personas
- Excited to learn about our customers and understand their problems
- Analytical, data-driven, and can adapt to market feedback
- Willingness to work at our NYC Headquarters 5 days a week
