What You'll Do
- Build and own the company's events strategy from the ground up.
- Plan and execute conferences, customer events, executive dinners, and field marketing initiatives.
- Develop creative event concepts that strengthen the brand and generate meaningful customer engagement.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, Design, and Leadership to bring integrated campaigns to life.
- Manage event planning, vendors, budgets, logistics, and onsite execution.
- Measure event performance and continuously improve programs based on results.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
What They're Looking For
- 7-10 years of experience in B2B SaaS events, field marketing, experiential marketing, or related marketing roles.
- Experience building or significantly scaling an events program from scratch.
- Strong creative instincts with a passion for creating standout event experiences.
- Comfortable owning both high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
- Experience working in high-growth startup environments.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Commercial mindset with an understanding of how events contribute to pipeline and business growth.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Bonus Points
- Experience at both early-stage startups and more established organizations.
- Background creating unique experiential activations beyond traditional conference sponsorships.
- Track record of building event programs that became a competitive differentiator for the business.
