Events Lead

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Reppin’ the brand at local events, markets, and pop-ups
• Setting up + breaking down event set-ups
• Managing cake pars and being organized
• Bringing energy and a sales-driven approach to conversations
• Closing deals and making people fall in love with our cakes
• Attending community meetings
• Helping with local bakery marketing efforts
• Contributing content ideas, capturing photos, and supporting online engagement

What We’re Looking For:

• Sales-savvy with experience
• Naturally outgoing and driven
• Willing to work weekends and travel
• Reliable with transportation
• Comfortable lifting and setting up event supplies
